It’s time for an internal “spring cleaning”! The vernal, or Spring Equinox occurred at 9:57 a.m. PDT today and Sunday, was a full moon – a perfect time for letting go and starting fresh!

Our ancestors used this time to plant their crops in anticipation of the harvest around the time of the Autumn Equinox, six months from now.  In the same way, you can use this time to plant the seeds of what you want to create as you now have extra energy to support you in manifesting what you set your sights on.

Lena, from The Power Path states:

“Celebrate all of your New Beginnings especially the ones you have recently committed to. Be grateful for all of your support both seen and unseen. If there are things you have yet to dissolve and complete, create a ritual where you can eliminate them symbolically through burning or burial or some other funeral activity. Then bless all the new energies you are working using flowers, water and light. This is such a potent time to honor both where you have been and where you are going. It is a bridge between the old and the new, death and rebirth, the past and the future. Make your prayers count today and be in gratitude.”
